Hawaii Vacation Video

Home video I put together of my trip to Hawaii with Gee Gee. A trip to Pearl Harbor and another trip around the island is where a majority of the video was shot in Hawaii. You will see some shots from the beaches in Waikiki as well as downtown Waikiki and Honolulu. We went scuba diving with a dozen or so green sea turtles. Pretty awesome!

Scuba Diving Honolulu with Kaimana Divers – TURTLES

Our first dive was at Turtle Canyons. Turtle Canyons was formed thousands of years ago when volcanic activity was in action here on Oahu. Large lava/rock encrusted fingers point out from the shallow shores of Waikiki in a south eastern direction. In between these “fingers” are mostly small rock boulders, coral heads and sand. We saw a dozen or so of Hawaiian green sea turtles in their natural habitat. You can literally swim right with these rare reptiles without a care in the world. Dolphins were are on patrol around this site because we heard them emitting squeaks and clicks.

Wreck Diving Boracay

So exciting, they sucked down air too fast and ended the dive about 20 min early. It’s all good though, practice makes perfect. The visibility was about 15 meters with alot of jellyfish in the water. Everybody had little stingers and a bunch of close calls.
