I initially used this service: http://www.logcap4jobs.com/sign-up and then modified as needed. I have some friends who used this one http://www.resumeprofessionalwriters.com and they have no complaints.

Wow yeah that’s actually the most helpful information I’ve gotten from anyone since I started trying to get into this line of work. I just recently separated from the military and my clearance is still intact. I really thought it would be easy for me to get into this line of work but I’m finding not so much lol. I’ll take the advice you offered and keep my head up. Thanks again. I’ll still be following your page. Really good info.
Hey Rashon, thanks for visiting the website. To get started as a contractor, it all depends on your background, resume, and if you have an active clearance. Also, a little luck helps. Get your resume up to par with other contractors. Get it professionally done and make sure your resume targets the job you are applying for. Check out all the keywords in the job posting, put them in your resume. I have 8 different resumes targeting different jobs / categories. It works out for me.Start networking on my site as well as people through twitter, facebook, and Linked-in.
Hope this helps out a little.
Hello Chad,
I googled working for logcap and I came across your page. It seems like you’ve been doing this stuff for a while. I’m prior military and I’m trying to get my foot in the door somewhere. I visited this paradine website you have posted here and it was helpful in finding some job posting and companies I hadn’t know about before. I was just wondering if there was any other advice you could share with a guy trying to get started. My e-mail is shon_0922@yahoo.com. I’ll be checking back on your blog as well. Seems pretty interesting.
