Directions
Blend apples, raspberries, lime juice and 8 oz of sprite until smooth. Mix in Protein and Greens+. Add more Sprite until you get the desired consistantcy.
Peel the apples. Apple peels do NOT mix well in a blender. They stay chunky and you will have to chew your shake. Save the apple peels and put them in the Carrot Salad (which is awesome by the way ).

Directions
Place water, cottage cheese, and melon into blender and mix together. While blender is still on, mix in the greens+, InstaGreen green tea, and if necessary the splenda. Directions
Brew the coffee so it is as as thick as possible. Put coffee pot into an ice bath to chill. Drink a cup of coffee while you wait for the chilling. Once nice and cool, put the coffee in a shaker cup and top with milk and protein powder. Shake vigorously, and add ice cubes if desired.
